0.1 – How long will it take to reach the level of German I need?

The pace of learning depends on many factors. My custom plans, based on coaching techniques, favor a rapid learning of German, as evidenced by the experience of my students (read here the case of my student Gloria, who got a German C1 in a year, starting from scratch, with only three classes per week – that is, four times faster than is usually estimated for this level).

My added value is precisely to enrich the teaching of German with coaching techniques. I am your personal trainer and I accompany you throughout the process, facilitating an agile and effective German learning.

As an example, and with a favorable learning context, it is possible to achieve a B1 level in about 3-4 months, with a plan of 3-4 classes per week and a study program of 4-5 hours a day. And, most importantly, a real skill level is gained. Many academies and other professors “sell their product” and even though the student gets a certificate at the end of the training cycle; it lacks, by far and wide, the real skill level. And, certainly, what counts in a job interview, in real life, is that the candidate has to master the level indicated by the certificate.

Following this example, it would be possible to reach a B1 level four to six times faster than following a traditional teaching plan, with consequent cost savings.

0.2 – Where and when are classes taught?

I teach German classes:

– Via video conference, using tools such as Skype, Google Hangouts and Zoom.

The schedule is established individually for each student the following days:

– Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.

– Weekends, from 1000 to 1400 hours.

Support plan during non-school hours

Being your German coach means supporting you throughout the learning process, both during classes and during non-school hours. It is the best way to contribute to agile and effective learning.

0.4 – What is the difference between individual classes and group classes?

I offer individual classes, with a totally personalized learning plan adapted to the needs and expectations of the student.

It is also possible to book classes for small groups. The main difference is the objective: the group classes focus on a common objective, on the learning of several people who have a similar level of German and also have similar learning objectives.

0.5 – Is it necessary to pay tuition?

No, tuition must not be paid. Only the amount for the lessons will be paid.

0.6 – Is the teaching material included in the final cost?

It is recommended that the student acquires the book that will be used as a guide during our lessons. Any other teaching material that we use in in our lessons is already included in the final cost.

In this sense, access to a virtual hard drive with teaching and reference material is included, as well as access to Quizlet (learning support tool via e-learning).

On the other hand, I have written a lot of grammar articles, recorded videos and designed my own exercises that will help you with the theoretical part of your learning process. You will not waste time looking for grammar explanations.

0.7 – Is the student’s schedule reserved during the holidays, at no cost to the student?

Yes, it is possible to reserve the student’s usual schedule during their vacations. Each case is studied individually.

0.8 – Class cancellation policy

– Cancellation of classes: maximum 24 hours in advance. Classes canceled by the student in a shorter period may not be rescheduled or reintegrated.

0.9 – Way to pay

By bank transfer or via Paypal. Weekly, monthly, Packs of classes, before the start of classes.

Classes are billed officially and, therefore, can be submitted to income tax relief or business aid.
